Prosperity is currently working with a digital entertainment company, one that brings the very best in e-Commerce practices to the gaming sector.

This is a company that is well on its way to becoming one of the leading digital entertainment companies in Western Europe.

To facilitate their ongoing expansion, they are looking for an experienced Software Architect to be part of their fast-paced IT environment.

The successful applicant for this role will be passionate about designing and creating web and mobile application (scaleable to thousands of simultaneous users), and will be committed to building high quality, extensible code and will have experience working within an agile software development environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Software Engineer/Architect (yes, if you are a senior Software Engineer please apply ;)).
  • Demonstrable experience of architecting and designing applications.
  • An expertise in designing and building distributed systems is essential.
  • A working knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a big plus for this role.
  • Strong experience with: asynchronous programming, MySQL, REST, JSON, SOA, XML, XSL, Redis and enterprise-level ORM.
  • Will be working with Linux servers and MySQL/Postgres databases.

Salary

  • Negotiable up to 85k.
